Hello, One Buyer Order one of our product, than 20 days later we asking for customization, not normal change, he asking for 30% update / change as he need. i denaied him bcz we cant change our product for free as he want. now he’s making bad comment’s continuesly and make’s bad rating. its become an reputration issue of us. pls advice me what should i need to do on this situation. i already report about his comment’s but how can i report about the buyer and his rating’s.
