Sell a bussiness and transfer licensing

Hi.

I have a proyect with a partner, but finallly i sell my part to him.
We have a theme of themeforest and the license of it is at my name, but in the contract selling i need to put the license of the theme to his name.

How i could do it?

Hi thanks. But im not an author.

I just buy a theme: Jupiter. And then make with a partner a bussines. Now i finish it, and a im selling all the bussines to him: brand, domains, etc … And i want to put the license of the theme Jupiter at his name, not mine, like it is now. I want to transfer the license from my account KREATIVEWORK, to his account ELGRANBAT.

You can just transfer the license code ie to use the theme to them and given them the info.

Transfer of download access for updates etc is not possible and will only ever be accessible to the buyer account
