Seeking Guidance: Recent Python App Rejection on Envato

Hi everyone,
As a new author on Envato, I recently encountered a challenge with the submission of my two Python web applications created using the Django framework. While my previous two application submissions were accepted, my latest additions have faced rejection. Today I got a reviewer feedback. The feedback is:

Your item has a great idea behind it but I’m afraid I can’t approve any other Python item.

What should I do now? What is the problem with the acceptance now? Your valuable advice will greatly contribute to my growth as an author on this esteemed platform. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Seems there’s not much things to do. You may create a support ticket but I have doubts you’d get a proper answer.
