Second hard rejection, barely reviewed and rejected immediately

Hi

I’ve been working on a team collaboration system for the past few months. Last time in October last year, I submitted my item and it got hard rejection.

After that I worked to add extra features and improved it a lot. I submitted it again today and it got hard rejection after few minutes from submission.

It seems they even barely reviewed my item!

You cannot re-submit the item if it’s been rejected already. If you submit the item as the same as before, if any additional features are added, it’s still considered as the same item, the results would be a rejection as well.

About the project management items, there’re too many online offering some free services therefor I’m not sure if it’s good idea to create one.
