I´m searching now for more than three hours and can not find a similar theme like this one:

My custumer wants WOOCOMMERCE integrated and my whish is compatibility with Visual Composer and a responsive behaviour.
The special feature is the sidewide banner on top of the pages. Obviously today there are no more themes with this old-fashioned point. And I don´t want NO “normal” navigation. Instead there is an iconized menue which is done by “UBERMENUE” plugin.
It would be cool if anybody could recommend a theme. OR: is able to do a customization of a simliar theme for a moderate fee.
