It’s too basic for this marketplace (esp. as it comes from a competitor you won’t find it here).
It would not be overly hard to build and could probably find someone at www.studio.envato,com
There are various photography themes similar to this (many of which are actually nicer). I’m not going to link files but search for Fluxus, Emily, Magpie, Photology to name a few but there are lots if you just search photographer in WP themes and spend some time looking at them.
