Sampling music from Envato/Audio Jungle

Hi guys,

I’ve contacted Envato Support but waiting for a response. In the meantime, figured I’d ask here.

What’s the deal with recording over songs on Audio Jungle and releasing them on YouTube and Spotify?

If I buy the right license am I allowed to do this? Or do I still need to get permission from the creator?

Same question goes for sampling tracks.

You can directly request collab for this track. Author can rewrite it, but it’s different amount of money than what you see on this Market. As for modifying or sampling existing tracks - it’s not allowed and can be tracked by author with Content ID.
