Salient Download not installing

I’ve just purchased Salient and followed the instructions to install but am getting an error message "The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed."

Why is this happening when this is sold as a simple installation???

Hello!

This error means you’re uploading the wrong zip file into your WordPress dashboard. When downloading the theme from your downloads page, select “Installable WordPress file only” and upload that instead.
