It only becomes “normal” when your vendor accepts it… Do you think ALL the chargeback claims that go on Google and amazon win? NO they dont…
That 2,000,000 lost doesnt tell you the amount saved because they submit details of purchaser to bank through their payment gateway…
Envato doesn’t… and customers know that now…
Maybe envato thinks its just Author’s problem, thats why envato doesn’t act… but it has now become envato’s problem too because banks and payment gateway have seen them as irresponsible vendor who admits fault in ALL chargeback claims by not submitting evidence
So its safe to say everything on the store is now free…
Also i have already lost 4000$ to chargebacks more than your 2500$ too despite you being a better author than me and i respect you…
I havent even spent 1 year yet on my actual envato account… i wish i could show you…
