Payment was reversed on 6th in order for envato to apply chargeback done on that same day in order for me to lose ALL my money… After i had qualified for payout per their rules and terms on the 1st of may and they had removed my money to be given to me on 15th May…
Even if they have done this “special” chargeback, wouldn’t the right thing to do be that they give me opportunity to choose different payout method since their “special late action” is the reason why i have lost my money and not me?
The manual adjustment on 28th was my own fault with payoneer account, have you seen i didn’t complain or blame envato on that?
But this is “special action” and goes beyond Envato’s own rules on the amount you are supposed to receive every 31st… It also goes against fairness, law(which isnt even fairness), or also goes against Morals for me to not be given an opportunity to change my payout account and get paid something this 15th as was promised
With no email explanation of what they had done…
This is no ordinary “chargeback” of me crying about… With this precedent ordinary authors like me will never be paid according to these “Special actions” that go on to us…
