but below are my answers to your questions above
THIS IS NOT A “NORMAL” CHARGEBACK as you say… This is canceling a payout totally because of a LATE chargeback AND NOT ALLOWING THE AUTHOR TO SELECT A NEW payout method that his new balance can be paid, and forcing him to lose all payout for the month.
Even in my picture above, you can see other normal chargebacks that i am not complaining about… This is not the same as what happens to you or everybody whereby a chargeback is done and then its applied on money available in you account…
This is a special case envato manually and retrospectively canceling and reversing my payout which the accepted on May 1st , just because a fraudulent customer decided to make a chargeback May 6th (Which should apply to my subsequent money in my account per their own rules and statement)…
As you can see below, this is what the told me on May 1st… They did not tell me anything else after doing this sneaky reversal of what they approved on May 1st after the customer did the chargeback on May 6th…
Now what i asked them to do after this special case was to give me a chance to choose and alternative payout method to be paid this May 15th… Since what they did was special in terms of the timing (which doesn’t allow me to change payout from swift)…
And they refused that to me…
Despite admitting this was a “Huge reversal” and done at a late time AFTER payout was confirmed…

Collis really needs to sit up and make his team become more responsible by challenging all chargebacks by submitting EVIDENCE to payment gateway of envato of customer claiming the chargeback from bank envato…
Customers are now seeing how easy it is to download anything they want for free and get their money back whilst author loses livelihood or plans…
Chargeback fraud is not this easy if the vendor fights back…
Below is what they sent me on first May 1st… They didnt send me any other email after what they did on my statement above after May 6th and canceled my payout…
Next june too i am sure i will not get anything, because there will be another “Late sale reversal” from chargeback after the remaining earning are scheduled for payout… just like happend this month…
