Envato has all the data they need of a customer who performs friendly fraud… From Email, IP address to even evidence showing fraudster has downloaded item…
All they have to do is show all that plus the the page of the item in question to the payment processor, and the bank will not be able to just take away the money without investigating the case…
You think if it was this easy for customer to do this on stores that fight back with evidence like amazon, Jeff bezos would be a billionaire by now?? No… Cos all his vendors would have lost all money to this type of fraud customer do called “Friendly Fraud”…
At the moment its easy to perform friendly fraud on envato by buyers, because envato is not giving their payment processor the details and data they have about the account or customer that claims charge was a fraud…
Thats why its so easy now…

So it seem envato doesnt even submit evidence… Thats why everything is easy for us to be cheated at anytime… thats why everything here is now free…
