Is there anyone that can assist with getting better support with issues experienced with this theme. I hardly ever ask for support but with this theme for some strange reason some of the functions are not working at all.

Other than author support you could hire someone at www.studio.envato.com but unfortunately, alternative sources of free support will be hard to find
