Run the code through the plugincheck WP plugin

One of my items where disabled, where can I download the “the plugincheck WP plugin” ?

Unfortunately, there is no plugin-check plugin but there is a theme-check plugin.

Then why the reviewer asked me to check the plugin with “the plugincheck WP plugin” , I don’t understand

I may be wrong! but the reviewer may indicate Plugin Requirements. You can request to the reviewer about that plugin. But I would strongly suggest you please fix the issues the reviewer mentioned and check WordPress Plugin Requirements for help. when you will submit an update then you can request to the reviewer about that plugin.
