I need someone to create 6 custom themes for 6 new websites with accompanying mobile applications. The the ease can be developed in PHP with either MySQL or MS SQL database. They will all require eCommerce and should be responsive sites.
The mobile apps should be compatible with IOS, Android, IPad and Tablet devices.
