How do you revoke third-party from accessing my Envato account details?

I had a support question for one of the plugin I’ve purchased; and their support site required me to give access to my Envato account to verify the purchase.

I would like to revoke that access.

Could you not have just shared the purchase code - no need for them to login anywhere to check that
