Reviews from same buyer - Multiple Licenses?!?

Hello,
Is it possible to have one buyer bought 2 licenses of 1 item, and therefore place 2 reviews?!?

A buyer can not make double review for same item. Even if have more than one license.

To my knowledge, there can only be one review/rating per user pro item, no matter how many licenses the user bought. Any subsequent review/rating will simply change/replace the one that was already given.

Was really curious about this, as some outsourcing platforms do allow it.
