Hi, my item “Roll Up Mockup” was unfair rejected by reviewer. The reason was “Quality”.
Most Reviewers have been authors for many years and still have to go through the same review process as anyone else and they do get rejected. Most reviewers wouldn’t risk their reputation and their job by rejecting your item so they can make an extra $1 (as an example) for per sale for their item.
If an item has been rejected then I can bet your last dollar that they did it because they don’t think your item is ready and not because they feel threatened by your item being better than theirs.
If you feel your item shouldn’t have been rejected then you can try submitting again and seeing if you get another reviewer or contact Envato support and ask them to get the “head reviewer” to look at the item.
