Reviewer screenshots not opened

We got soft reject with about 20 points and each include screenshots. Non of those screenshots opened.

At first we hoped that this is temporary issue file hosting - droplr website. But it is already 2 days files not opened. Anyone who faced such issue, please advice. I hope Envato staff would help too.

What I see when opening these screenshots white screen with this error message
"An unhandled lowlevel error occurred. The application logs may have details."

Confirmed. We get the same issue.

Even don’t know what to do. This site they is is droplr.com it works normally, and host screenshots.
But for some reason those screenshots reviewer sent opened with error message. What is related to? Envato support doesn’t respond :frowning:
