hi, actually review comment are not anymore process by code canyon team do we have to pay extra author fee to got them process. ?
No need to be sarcastic. There’s already been a discussion about this. The system is soon to be revamped in the back end and a new department will take over this system. Currently it was handled by another department that’s no longer going to handle it so the system will also get a massive overhaul. Sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, the comments that you flag will stay flagged / invisible until the system is upgraded!
