Weak typography. Layout is basically the same as majority of existing KB templates, nothing unique. Most of your links do not even work - what is the point of adding a FAQ or New Ticket links if you do not create those pages? There is no blog post detail page and there is not even KB post detail page.
Overall it looks very unfinished and there is nothing premium about it. You will need to put much more effort in your next attempt.
