Review is pending from last 3 days....any help on this

I submitted my design and it is still under review from last 3 days…Are the team went on holidays? if yes then please let the designer know about it…it will help designer plan accordingly…How to reach ThemeForest team quickly any email or chat…please help

Bear in mind that these numbers are only averages from last week and are not always necessarily indicative of future review times (e.g. reviews can stop or slow drastically during holidays or weekends).
