Could you please tell me by looking at the design of this template, that I want to do this in WordPress. Will it be approved in WordPress? Actually, I want to know that, is it eligible for WordPress?

That can’t anyone tell you 100% for sure.
I think there is a big chance not to be accepted. How I am looking on this (please not, I am a developer) - if the same/similar design I have seen a lot of times (there are already a lot same/similar items) there is a big chance not to be accepted.
Maybe I am wrong with this but there are a lot of items today and the design must be really good to be accepted.
