i bought avada. Now I would like to to change it into another theme, that I also bought. If I deinstall the avada theme completely, can it be used on my other site? Even if I registered it?

You should check the documentation of the theme. You shoud de-register the license and register it on your new site. This should be ok.
Otherwise please contact the author of Avada for help regarding this thing. Or check the comments section from themeforest. Maybe any other people already asked this before.
