Hello Envato Support,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently residing in Turkey and using my Envato account without any issues. However, I would like to ask a question regarding a possible change in my location.

If I return to Syria and access my Envato account from there, will my account be at risk of being closed or restricted? Will I lose access to the items I have already purchased?

I truly appreciate your clarification on this matter before making any travel decisions.

Can I use a VPN while the sanctions on Syria are still in place, as they are very close to being lifted?

VPN is allowed at Envato but make sure there’s no “connection” error. If somehow the connection is disabled and your IP could reach Envato, you could be blocked.

You should send a request to Envato support that to ask when the country IPs gonna get white-listed as “technically” the war is over.
