Return the product money back

I am selling $ 11 item, $ 5 is my fee. The buyer is returning the product and my account is cutting $ 10. :smiley:
How is the product returned without permission from me?

Hello!

Refunded values are not bigger than the initial sale value. Have you checked the Statement tab from your account? Maybe the sale had extended support which makes the order bigger.
