retrieving my original Merchandiser and child theme

I would like to get a fresh copy of merchandiser and its child theme, I bought it few years ago, but now, once I am logged I found in the download area just a license and a poor set of files unable to build my website again . could you provide a copy of a merchansiser theme and the child please.

I am relatively clumsy to this, just trying to get somewhere.

Hi, theme name is Merchandiser to use with wordpress and it is valid as I can download a license, but not theme with its child theme

You can download the updated version of the theme from Envato Market Downloads page and update the theme manually using ftp or control panel.

I am sorry to keep insisting but I need is the child theme similar to the demo you are advertinsing . This chiild theme came with the the previos theme or template that I boight and is unavailable even in its updated version.
