I got a soft reject and I have fixed what was asked and uploaded my files, but when I click “Submit…” it just stays on “Processing…” what’s supposed to happen? It’s been like this for the longest while, I’ve tried going back to the soft reject email and clicking the link and I see my uploads are still there.
But when I submit nothing happens:
As you can see the processing button is gray and nothing happens, help is appreciated.
