I’m trying to reset my password because I need to get back in my account. It’s been 2 days and envato hasn’t sent the reset link. This is really holding things up.
I had to create this new account just to ask the question in the forums
Who do I contact? I submitted a ticket but also haven’t gotten a response.
Make sure you have the correct email address/username otherwise you might be waiting a long time 
If you do not receive an email, the chances are that you need to contact support:
I did use the correct email, they just haven’t sent me the reset password link.
I assume something must be wrong, otherwise you would have got a password reset link
