Hello, I need to resent the licence for the Superfood theme that I purchased yesterday, as wordpress had to be reinstalled. The previous version had been deleted, with the URL changing from https://goodfooddelivery.com.au/wp to https://goodfooddelivery.com.au/.
I’ve contacted Envato and QodeInteractive - have yet to hear from them. I need to urgently set up the website for online orders for a retail store - as we are in lockdown in Melbourne.
If you don’t have access of old website wp-admin where the theme registered/activated then you have to contact theme author and request them to unregister/deactivate the theme license from the old domian/website.
for solving purchase code or item license issue will need to get support from the item author. They (author) are the right team to help.
Please give your purchased item author time to get back to you.
