Request for Refund for Incorrect Product Purchase

Dear Envato Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for a recent purchase made on 04.10.2024 purchase date Order ID:21955531
from ThemeForest. Unfortunately, I mistakenly purchased the wrong product and realized it shortly after completing the transaction.

Reason for Request:

  1. Incorrect Purchase: I intended to purchase a different product but accidentally selected the wrong one. This was an honest mistake, and I have not used or downloaded the files associated with the purchase.
  2. Time Limit: I am still within the 30-day time frame for refund requests, as indicated in your refund policy.

I kindly request your assistance in processing this refund so that I can use the funds to acquire the correct product that fits my needs. Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your help in this matter.

As long as you haven’t downloaded the item, you could request refund, otherwise, it’s voided.
If you have downloaded the item already, it doesn’t fall under the “wrong purchase” category anymore. You may request one but most likely it’d be rejected.

I just purchased an extended support and then I read some comments stating that the author is not responsive. I’d like a refund and seek help from other developers. Can you do that for me? I have not downloaded anything. There has been no response from the author.
