Theme Name: Inoterior - Architecture & Interior Designer WordPress Theme + RTL
I recently reinstalled WordPress and uploaded the Inoterior - Architecture & Interior Designer WordPress Theme + RTL theme. However, when I try to activate the theme using my purchase code, I receive the error message: “Purchase code already used.”
Unfortunately, the old WordPress installation is no longer accessible, and I could not deactivate the license before reinstalling.

You’ll need to contact the theme author directly, as forum users won’t be able to assist with your query.

Regarding resetting the license code, per Envato’s license terms, a license can only be used for a single end product. Since you’ve already applied the license to one end product, attempting to use it on another domain (end product) violates those terms. To install the theme on a different end product, you would need to purchase a new license. While you can reach out to the theme author for assistance, please note that they have the right to decline your request.
