Sorry, I don’t know where to report the outage I’m having with Envato Elements.

I keep getting these pages while trying to navigate Envato Elements and when I check the status page it’s says everything is operational.

And when I click on the link to take me to the place tj report problems, it takes me here.

But I cannot find a place to report issues. I looked for a good 10 minutes and couldn’t find the right place.

Please point me in the right direction and sorry if I pissed anyone off posting this here. I didn’t know what to do.

Glad it’s not just me. Having the exact same issue and I have to get a video done tonight and need a template lol
