Please allow us to reply to all new reviews. We want to make our products better and the best way to do that is getting valuable customer feedback.
Remember often times customers leaving a rating have never opened a support ticket so we have no way of contacting them.
Example:
This was a recent review…I would like to ask the customer why they gave us a 4 star and how we can make our product a 5 star item for them. Currently there isn’t any way to do so.
