Renewed Traveler Booking Theme Support - Unable to submit Tickets (Can't contact ShineTheme)

Hi there,

I have renewed support expired. When I try to submit a ticket, get a message "Your support term has been expired’.

Theme provider: Shinetheme - does not have support contact to sort this issue out, It is extremely frustrating not to be able contact the theme provider directly or via Envato Market place.

Hi,

You can inform it directly to the Item author by posting comments going through the Item Comments page. Item author will assist you.
