I am using the Soledad them. On my post pages, I am using elementor to edit the individual post pages. I have a lot of white space between the header and the text in the body of the post. How do I reduce the space between these two elements and is there a way I can do it globally so I don’t have to do it every time I create a post?

Looking at this URL on Firefox Desktop PC I cannot see the issue you are referring to. See @mgscoder and contact the author. If you cannot find the author (or the theme has been removed, or was never posted on Envato) then you might need to consult a web developer to help you make any changes.
