A customer bought 2 of our items. He returns after 3 months to ask for a refund with reason “mistaken purchase” “item is not as described”. We don’t approve it. And he cannot dispute because the time is over. So now we got 2 1-star reviews. Do you guys think that Envato will help us to remove that reviews? Thank you all.

Absolutely, if there was nothing wrong with the item and the client left negative review simply because he couldn’t refund his mistaken purchase. Please contact Envato Help and Support whenever possible
