Remove ecommerce function from template

Hi, i’m new here, so my personal dear greeting to all forum people!

I’d like to know if it’s possible to remove all ecommerce function from some template (for example these themes: http://themeforest.net/item/natural-shop-responsive-woocommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/11047108 or https://www.proteusthemes.com/themes/?theme=organique-wp) to obtain the same website with product list but without the possibility to purchase or client register. Only a website for consultation products.

It’s possible? If yes, it’s always possibile with all ecommerce themes, or depends on each individual case?

Yes it is possible to every theme if you filter some woocommerce hook.
