Remito theme for Drupal 10 doesnt work

hi,

ive just bought the remito theme for Drupal 10: Remito - Responsive Magazine News Drupal 10 Theme by gavias | ThemeForest

Ive downloaded the zip, but when i upload the zip via the backend to Drupal 10, it says “unexpected mistake, please try again later”.

also, if i upload it to the drupal server via ftp, the file wont work. same message

can it be that its a wrong version i downloaded? i explicitely boiught a drupal 10 theme. but in the file title it says “themeforest-tHj6yuIZ-remito-responsive-magazine-news-drupal-8-theme.zip” - so is this a drupal 8 theme??

log file says:
Got error ‘PHP message: Uncaught PHP Exception Drupal\Core\File\Exception\NotRegularDirectoryException: “temporary://update-extraction-777e362d/documentation.zip is not a directory.” at /www/htdocs/w01dc874/extrusionplatform.com/core/lib/Drupal/Core/File/FileSystem.php line 665’, referer: http://extrusionplatform.com/admin/theme/install

You are trying with the wrong file. documentation.zip is a help file where you will get guideline how to use the theme.

You have to install the theme zip not the documentation zip. Please unzip the main full download (All files & documentation) and then locate the installable theme file within it. Luckily most developers clearly label their files, so it should be pretty easy to find.

thank you for this. i tried with many diffrent files now, also i zipped the folders and tried to upload them, but no luck.

Maybe you have an idea which one it could be and how i could upload it as a theme in the backend?

I think the file is:
themeforest-tHj6yulZ-remito-responsive-magazine-news-drupal-8-theme.zip

Just check is there any other zip if exist then that one can be the theme file otherwise the above one.

Also you can check documentation.zip (extract first) to get more help.
