Having trouble with following

Upon navigating to any page, it appears white before loader shows up. Since my pages are dynamic it takes slightly more time that static. Hence, this white page creates confusion to users. Is there a way I can solve this.

The mmenu is opening sub menu items horizontally, I want it to open vertically below main menu. How can I achieve this.
