Rejections and aesthetic standards

Hi everyone,

I uploaded a WordPress theme a few days ago and it was soft rejected. The reason was that more than one item with the same name in the marketplace. I changed the name, text domain, preview image, demo url etc. and I uploaded it again. Then it has been hard rejected. I can’t understand. I think the theme can be rejected but If the theme doesn’t meet “Envato’s aesthetic standards”, you can reject it in the first review. Standards should not change according to reviewers.

This is a brutalism design approach but it’s not really welcomed at ThemeForest. I have uploaded few design earlier ( for WordPress ) as well as it’s been rejected. You can try HTML templates though
