This track got rejected. Does anyone have a suggestion why it got rejected?

For my taste, the highend is just a little bit too crispy, making the transients a bit harsh but again, that’s just an opinion. And perhaps the low synth is a notch too loud.
But the problem here, I think, is that something awkward happens in the tail: the synth’s reverb fade seems to stop abruptly in 0:12 and then it reappears. Could that be the reason for the hard rejection?
