rejection message when add new item

i am new author in codecanyon and when added new item for sale i received this message

unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

What did you submit?

Without more info on the item then it’s impossible to make suggestions.

You did complete all the necessary things like documentation etc. too?

no i do not add documentation should i ? . and where can add it when upload my item to codecanyon .

If you don’t complete all of the necessary elements then the item will not get reviewed regardless of how close it is to the standard.
