I don’t know why Envato don’t want to accept it.

Yes, it is. When dealing with vector background I’d suggest go with 10 textures pack that are also tileable, “in trend”, have a distinct theme and cool variations. This has no value, and can be reproduced in under 30 seconds 
But, I don’t see why this cannot be decomposed and put back together the right way. Shadows should be avoided in this category. Thanks!
