Your business card is far away from design standards required for approval. Here is a list with your issues:

Idea / Concept. You don’t have any concept. That red shapes looks random. Without a strong concept it is impossible to create something coherent.

Typography and Logo. That snail looks nice but combined with that font looks terrible. Use the snail idea and create something that follow the concept.

Icons. Your icons looks old and dusty. Use fresh new trendy icons.

Images. Just delete those images. It is a business card not a flyer. And delete that shapes also.

hi i agree with everything that @DesignSomething said and i would even go farther indeed …
1- idea / concept
not only are the idea and concept not clear but there is quite a difficult hard time to identify what is the link between elements and why u chose them, either about the shapes, the colors and the way u organized them …
2- typo
this is flat in a general way and this is clearly lacking originality and font combinations and / or variations …
3- hierarchy of information
this is resulting from point 1 and 2 … as what u have done here is not consistent enough in terms of logics, typo, organization and everything, logically enough, the hierarchy is not efficient … everything looks the same and nothing is popping out at all … try to keep in mind that u need to value important information and / or elements and make the rest look secondary
4- logo
the logo is just inconsistent … the theme and the choice of typo are not consistent, with illustration and text parts are just looking like being pasted right next to each other and look independent from each other , too
5- icons
they are too basic, they look like photoshop presets and i have never seen anything working with such basic items, especially in a context where al the other things are very far from perfect …
6- pictures
they are not connected with the rest in my view … u may opt for tasing them out as @DesignSomething said or just try to completely rework the card and try to introduce them in a very completely different way, but , as such, what is crystal clear , this is that this is not working indeed …
7- color combination
i think that u should inspire from complementary colors and also about activity theme colors
8- qr code
i think the positioning is not appropriate ,it also looks strange in terms of reading process to have it there … have u ever heard about z-reading shape?

It’s not ok it has no concept and it has same issues as I told you before. It will be rejected 100%.

hi for me u have multiple issues and the main one is related to contrast and readability of texts in a general way … this is having consequences on the hierarchy of information as well …titles and personal information are not valued, not popping out when they are even simply readable … variations are lacking as well and the bullets between the icons are definitely not looking good in my opinion … the fake logo is not selling in my view and the color combination is not convincing , either …
the qr code is strangely positioned as well
finally if u ask me the side with the logo is too empty and i am always wandering what is the purpose of such 2-sided cards when there is so very much nothing in one side …
this is to people who u are estimating that they solve the problem that u have to check “solution” not for yourself …
