Maybe add percussion to diversify to the drum part, do not disable the guitar in the bridge so that the glue would track, electronic sounds to make a more modern style.

Hi, with the first one, I think there is no problem with the recording and sampling quality, so don’t worry about that. The main problem here might be that the track takes too long to build up. You practically have a 50 second long intro, then the main part goes for about 18 secs, then comes the outro part. This needs to be rearranged radically. You need to build it up a lot faster than that. The sounds are OK to me.
The second one also has nice samples, the pizzicato sounds really good. Maybe here the solo cello (or viola?) is the cause of the rejection. It doesn’t sound natural, sometimes it makes a really horn-like sound (I wanted to avoid writing “horny”, because that’s totally not the case here  ).
These are my two pennies.
Good luck!

    and so on.

Thanks for the feedback

Thanks I’ll try some new percussion.

Yeah the bass might be too loud. Wanted the synth to be chill but I guess it did come out slightly aggressive. Thanks for the feedback
