I people, im new here and i wanted to do for my first post a simple design, to test. Is and id card like lanyard id, and the reason why they rejected it was for the quality, im not alowed to reupload. so i want to know what you think and some advice for my next projects. Thank you!

You need to create something high quality to get approved, so you’ll need to spend more time on it, make a great looking layout with good typography etc. Just browse recently uploaded designs on the site to get an idea of the standard you need.
