Rejected business card template over and over again!!!!

Can someone please advise why does my business card template keeps getting rejected by GR? I have uploaded different designs each time but still gets rejected everytime! This is so frustrating, and GR customer service is no help at all. The help center article is even useless, does not explain what “quality standards” we need to adhere to.

This was the image preview i used -

Your business card is too basic design, you can see for example other designs on graphicriver for give ideas. for graphicriver approved, good luck, regards.
