Rejected after soft rejected. TF team helps me Why?

Hello TF Team,

I got rejected after soft rejected. At first time, reviewers said to me below quote.

"You’re nearly there!
Hi por por,

Thanks for your submission.

‘Paradise - Travel Agency Theme’ isn’t quite ready for ThemeForest. But don’t fret, we’d love to see you resubmit after making the changes outlined by the reviewer below. When you’re ready, you can upload your changes here.

After I have changed what reviewer said, I got rejected. I go only this quote

“After completing our review, we’ve determined that ‘Paradise - Travel Agency Theme’ isn’t at the quality standard needed to continue forward with the review process on ThemeForest. As the submission is too far off the standards we require, you’ll be unable to re-submit on this occasion.”

I took a couple of weeks to reviewed and changed a lot for soft rejected. Should I ask for support tickets on TF? Please advice me what to do about it. when I started to upload this item, I had to waited for 80 days for soft rejected. Here is my item demo link.

Sorry but I’m agree with TF decision.

Why its soft rejected ?

  • Your concept is nice.
  • You well prepared files
  • Your theme have multiples demos too.
  • It satisfied the basic rules of themeforest

Why Hard rejected after soft reject ?

  • The theme still needs the typography improvement.
  • The overall look is not feel like premium one.
  • Used icon - Font styles - Borders etc are out dated concept. So it required to improve too.

Once any hard rejected theme if in any case after soft -reject too you can do any thing through envato support.
You must upload it as a new and waiting time is also consider as a new.

So my advice is - Improve the overall look and makes it better compare to this one and upload it it will defiantly approved

  • You have avoidable validation issues in the code

  • The typography needs a lot of works

  • Various inconsistency in margins, padding and alignment

  • The design needs modernising
