Reject HTML: PROPER EVENT BINDING, STRICT MODE REQUIRED, CSS TABLE OF CONTENTS

Hey,

Our HTML template has been soft rejected for the following reason:

  1. PROPER EVENT BINDING: Consider using the preferred .on() method
    rather than .click(), .bind(), .hover(), etc. For best performance and
    concise code use event delegation whenever possible: http://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/quick-tip-javascript-event-delegation-in-4-minutes--net-8961

  2. STRICT MODE REQUIRED: All JavaScript should be written with “use
    strict” mode on. Please note that strict mode is scoped. For concise
    code it is recommened to placed

  3. CSS TABLE OF CONTENTS: Make sure the CSS file is well documented with proper table of contents. For more information, see: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2008/05/02/improving-code-readability-with-css-styleguides/

i have converted from joomla to html and i don’t know this problems, please explain me

As i saw you got same soft rejection issue for - same reasons where i also for my HTML template. As i saw your template is approved. Congrates for that.

Can you guide me what to change in PROPER EVENT BINDING and for STRICT MODE REQUIRED ?
Any help from your side is much appreciable.
